Plot

Robin stumbles through the woods at night. Hearing a noise, she turns around, finding her assailant following her again. She runs away, telling herself to get to the Harper's Globe offices. She falls and is pulled backward.

Robin is seen wandering around near the car. The gas leak caused the car to explode, and she begins screaming for Ashley. As several sirens approach, Robin runs.

Robin manages to escape her assailant and runs through the back door to the Harper's Globe offices. A laptop turns on, and she approaches it. It shows the video of Cody leaving the car and noticing the gas leak. As Cody heads from the car, he is knocked unconscious. A hand picks up the camera and goes inside the car to knock out Ashley. The unseen person finds Robin's student ID nearby, and pulls a beartrap from under the car. He then lights a trail of gasoline leading to the car, causing it to explode, and records Robin's reaction. The footage cuts to a message, stating "THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY OUT.", and shows an image of a noose. Robin turns around, discovering a noose hanging overhead.

Robin sets the camera down and walks to the noose, apologizing to everyone she's hurt. She stands on a chair, tightens the noose around her neck, and kicks the chair out. Robin shakes, and soon becomes limp. John Wakefield enters, notes her limp body, and tells the camera it has served its purpose.
